If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days and we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase price. Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges unless All About HIM sent the wrong item or there is a defect. Please use a trackable method of shipment for all returns. You may cancel your non-custom order via telephone or email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has shipped you cannot cancel the order, but must return it for a refund. |
